Return Policy
If your order has already been shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation. If the cancellation request is received after an item has shipped, Truck-R-Us.com will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy.

General Return Policy
We at Trucks-R-Us.com we understand that at times you receive items that you wish to return. Our goal is to simplify the process as much as possible. In order to process your order return you MUST fill out a Return Authorization request form (click here). All items much be return within 21 days from the date shipped. Many items will be returned directly to the manufacturer. We will provide all information to facilitate that process. All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%. All returns must be returned in resellable undamaged condition in original box and include all parts and paper inserts. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by special circumstances.

Credits can only be issued after product is received, inspected and processed by Trucks-R-Us.com or Manufacturer’s Representative. Please note that after a credit has been issued by Trucks-R-Us.com, your financial institution controls when the credit will be reflected on your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles or contact your credit card company for more details.

If your merchandise arrives malfunctioning or appears to be defective, our trained Trucks-R-Us.com Customer Service Team will make every effort to assist you in obtaining technical support and warranty service from the manufacturer. In many instances, manufacturer representatives can diagnose and resolve product concerns via email or over the telephone.

Return of products received damaged must be handled by contacting Truck-R-Us.com customer service at 1-800-854-3785. These returns are time-sensitive and must be reported to Trucks-R-Us.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We trust that the manufacturer has sent out undamaged merchandise or the unopened merchandise we personally ship is undamaged when we received it FROM the manufacturer. Damage or flaws caused by the manufacturer is subject to Manufacturer Warranty Guidelines. A damage claim may require processing through the shipper by the customer with information provided by us if damage is caused by the shipper. Please inspect your product immediately and if possible while the shipper is physically present to note damage. If container or box appears damaged upon arrival this might indicate the product inside is damaged.

Trucks-R-Us.com reserves the right to return or refuse any returned product shipment that does not match the information given on the original Return Authorization (RA) request.
Example why shipments are rejected:
Invalid RA number
RA # not visible or not on the box shipping label
RA condition code does not match the product condition
Expired RA number
Unauthorized return (no RA # was issued) or not the product return that was requested for
Serial number or Part number does not match the original vendor box
Markings on the box, Open box/Double-taped Damaged product
